Transforming Your Life In To A life Like Christ

If you desire a transformation of life for the better, than you need to transform your habits that you call the norm. If you are doing the same things that you always do, than you will continue to do the same things. Romans 12:1 and 2 words from the Lord really work.

Bible I want to know it

Suffering is not always something that must be escaped. I know there is this American sentiment that we have a right to a pain-fee existence. But James 1:2-4 tells us that trials of many kinds are good for they test our faith does develop our perseverance.

when Christians disagree with other peoples Christianity they tend to question whether is that Christianity is valid.
what is the universal, governing body that interprets the Bible to determine who is and who isn’t a true Christian?

ohn MacArthur of course. Who do I turn to to affirm what I read and what I believe, after I have studied the best of my ability

2 Corinthians 4:16 “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.” Which is saying that sickness of any kind cannot rob us of faith and a dynamic knowledge of God. It gives new meaning to the fact that nothing — even brain problems — folks can not separate us from the love of God. Romans 8:39.

How does the devil and his crowd control human life? The activity of demons and the devil is real. Stan is seeking to oppose God’s plan by promoting evil in every way possible. Believe me this crowd wants you to believe they are not at work in this world and in your life.

Generally trials, problems, difficult situations, sickness, have some real benefits in our lives and does not call for medication. You know James 1:2-4 “consider it pure joy, my brothers (Christians) whenever you face trials of many kinds, because that the testing of your faith develops perseverance…..(Get you bible out and read the rest)

Outside the Word and the Spirit there are no solutions to any of the problems of the human soul.
Only God knows the soul and only God can change it.
Yet the widely accepted ideas of modern psychology are theories originally developed by atheists on the assumption that there is no God and the individual alone has the power to change himself into a better person through certain techniques. Surprisingly, the church has embraced many of the popular theories of secular psychology, and their impact over the past few years has been [devastating].”
~ John MacArthur.

“[Inaccurate assumptions of psychology include] human nature is basically good, people have the answers to their problems inside them, the key to understanding and correcting a person’s attitudes and actions lies somewhere in his past, individuals’ problems are the result of what someone else has done to them, human problems can be purely psychological in nature – unrelated to any spiritual or physical condition, deep-seated problems can be solved only by professional counselors using therapy, Scripture, prayer, and the Holy Spirit are inadequate and simplistic resources for solving certain types of problems.” ~ John MacArthur

“Beware lest anyone cheat you
through philosophy and empty deceit,
according to the tradition of men,
according to the basic principles of the world,
and not according to Christ.”
(Colossians 2:8)

“O Timothy!
Guard what was committed to your trust,
avoiding the profane and idle babblings
and contradictions of what is
falsely called knowledge —
by professing it
some have strayed concerning the faith.
Grace be with you. Amen.”
(1 Timothy 6:20-21)

“But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse,
deceiving and being deceived.
But you must continue in the things which you have learned
and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them,
and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures,
which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
(2 Timothy 3:13-17)
